Return or Replacement
StL MobileTech offers a (30)thirty-day policy. If it becomes necessary to return an item you can contact us via the information listed below or via our site's e-mail page or via your local e-mail application. We will promptly respond to all inquiries and request.

Damaged or Defective Items
StL MobileTech uses UPS Ground as our shipper (to see shipping terms click here ). We understand that unforeseen circumstances do come about and want to promptly get a replacement to you. If you receive a damaged and/ or defective item, StL MobileTech must be informed within (15)fifteen days of shipment date. We will promptly ship a new replacement. Please note that the damaged and/ or defective item must be received by StL MobileTech prior to the shipment of the new item.

Note: Any items that are not damaged and/ or defective will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. All time frames are from the time of shipment. The shipper has established policies and procedures that must be incorporated. Please contact us for more details on their procedures.
